2. Do you offer live calligraphy for corporate events and brand activations in NYC?
Yes! The Poppy Pen provides live calligraphy and on-site personalization for luxury brand activations, corporate events, retail experiences, product launches, and private celebrations throughout New York City. I am also available for events outside NYC, including domestic and international travel.
3. How many items can be personalized per hour ?
For simple names or initials, I typically personalize approximately 20 items per hour, per artist. Longer messages, more intricate lettering, or detailed designs may require additional time. For larger events, additional artists can be arranged to accommodate your guest count.
4. Can you personalize products supplied by our brand?
Absolutely! I regularly work with client-supplied products and can recommend suitable lettering techniques based on the material, finish, and desired result. Whenever possible, I recommend sending a sample in advance so the surface can be tested before your event.
5. Can the lettering be customized to match our brand or event aesthetic?
Yes! I offer a variety of lettering styles, from traditional Copperplate calligraphy to modern scripts, italic, and serif lettering. Once your event is booked, we can discuss the lettering style, colors, and personalization details that best complement your brand and event aesthetic.
6. What setup is required for a live calligraphy station?
Setup is simple! I typically require a table and chair for each artist, with approximately 2.5–3 feet of working space per artist. Additional space for guest forms and completed items is recommended for larger events. I bring the necessary calligraphy tools and supplies.
