Please send all names, addresses, and wording in a typed, written format, preferably a spreadsheet for larger projects. Each piece will be personalized exactly as submitted, including spelling, capitalization, and punctuation, so I recommend reviewing your list carefully before sending it over.

Once your project is booked, we can review lettering styles, ink colors, and any design details requiring approval. Samples or proofs can be arranged when appropriate. Because everything is created by hand, slight variations in lettering, spacing, and placement are a natural part of the finished work.
