Yes! I provide live hand engraving for brand activations, corporate events, retail experiences, product launches and private events throughout New York City. I kindly request a table or counter and a chair for each artist, with approximately 2.5–3 feet of workspace per artist. I bring all engraving tools and materials needed for personalization, arrive in advance to set up, and do not require access to an electrical outlet.
For smaller retail events, the setup can be quite compact. For high-volume events and brand activations, I recommend additional nearby space for completed items and guest pickup. Guests can fill out a personalization form and leave their item with us while they enjoy the event, then return to pick up their finished piece later in the evening.
Once I know your venue, guest count and event format, I’ll recommend a setup that works best for the space and expected volume.
For names or initials, I can typically hand engrave approximately 20–25 items per hour per artist, depending on the product and personalization requested. For larger guest counts or high-volume events, I can recommend the number of artists and personalization approach best suited to your event timing and expected volume.
