1. Connect and Chat
Start by reaching out to discuss the
specifics of your special event. I will respond within 1 to 2 business days to
have a detailed discussion to better understand your event needs and how to bring your vision to life.
2. Quote and Contract
Following our conversation, you will receive an email within 1 business day outlining our discussion, along with a detailed quote and contract for your review and confirmation. Please note that estimates are valid for 30 days.
3. Detailed Event Planning
Once confirmed, I'll request samples of the product(s) you wish to personalize for your event. I'll test these and promptly share photos with you for approval, ensuring that your brand's standards are impeccably met.
4. Event Day
On the day of your event, I will arrive at least
30 minutes before the official start time to prepare the designated area. I bring all necessary supplies apart from a small table and chair and the products awaiting personalization. My setup is designed to be minimal, neat, and efficient, perfectly aligned with luxury brand aesthetics.
*For heat foiling events only, I kindly request access to an electrical outlet.
5. Capturing the Moment
After the on-site event concludes, I will share a selection of photos capturing the personalized products with you for your records.
