Nordstrom Icon Beauty Event | Live Bag Painting & Calligraphy in NYC

I had such a wonderful time hand painting and personalizing bags for Nordstrom's Icon Beauty Event in NYC! I loved creating something special for each guest to take home, combining colorful illustrations with custom hand lettering.

For this event, I mixed vibrant fabric paints to complement the beautiful deep purple bags. Guests could choose from playful lipstick illustrations and elegant perfume bottles adorned with bows, each personalized with a name in hand-lettered calligraphy. The finished bags were such a fun way to celebrate the beauty theme while giving guests something unique to remember the event.

One of my favorite things about live painting at brand events is finding ways to incorporate a brand's aesthetic into the artwork. From the colors to the illustrations and lettering, every detail can be customized to create a cohesive experience that feels personal to both the brand and its guests.
